I began my journey with Hays in Cambridge as an Associate Recruitment Consultant back in 2016, specialising in the Procurement & Supply Chain sector. Prior to that, I had experience in Customer Service roles within Hospitality and Banking. At a career crossroads, a conversation with an internal recruiter at Hays convinced me that recruitment was my next step.

From the start, I expressed my desire to explore international opportunities within Hays. With the support of my Manager and Director, I progressed through promotions in the UK. Eventually, after a successful 3 years with the East of England business, I seized the chance to join the Hays Middle East team in Dubai, leading the Procurement & Supply Chain department. Now, four years and two further promotions later, I manage our Procurement and Supply Chain team across the GCC region and our specialist Sales & Commercial team in the Saudi Arabia market. My time in the Middle East has been incredibly fulfilling.

Reflecting on this 7-year journey, I've received invaluable support and guidance from senior leaders throughout the organisation.
