For our to fee earners this includes competitive basic salaries and uncapped commission schemes which means unlimited earning potential based on your personal performance. Unlike most of our competitors, your earning potential is not determined by your relationship with your manager or your team’s performance; you are in full control of what you earn.

Commission payments for our high performers exceed our competitive base salary. All fee earners in Hays are eligible to partake in local and regional incentive schemes leading to five star holidays, high profile events and awards to celebrate success.

Hays Elite is the highest award offered to the business. This rewards 50 of the highest performing people in our EMEA business.

Quarterly Lunch Club

The Quarterly Lunch Club recognises consultants who have achieved their quarterly target set for their level. All of our winners get to leave the office at midday and enjoy an all-expense paid dining experience at some of the best restaurants in the UAE. There are also business nominated places for non-fee earners to join in the celebration of success so everyone can truly celebrate their performance wherever they are in our business.

 

 

100k Holiday Club

This award recognises Consultants that have billed over AED 100k in a month, with a ticket for that month. Once you have received three tickets, you will be entered in to the end of year prize draw in which you can win an all-expenses paid trip for two to an exotic location such as the Maldives or Zanzibar, just to name two.

 

 

Year End Conference and Awards
