I joined Hays in 2010 as an Associate Consultant at the Tokyo office. Coming from a legal background, recruitment was entirely new to me however the training and support I received throughout my time with Hays has enabled me to continually progress and pursue a global career. Throughout the years with Hays I have had the opportunity to first develop as a manager in Japan, then lead an office in Malaysia, to now being Managing Director for our Middle East business. Every step of the way, I’ve known “what’s next” in my career and what is needed to achieve it; a fantastic work environment for anyone who is goal oriented and target driven.
