My Hays Story begun more than two decades ago in my homeland of Germany. Back then, Hays was a small to medium-sized company, but today, we're a globally renowned industry leader powered by over 13,000 expert colleagues worldwide.
Starting my career as a consultant at Hays, I was driven by the curiosity to explore markets and the diverse client portfolios I would serve. This experience early in my career granted me principal insights into corporate structures, processes, and the chance to engage with pioneering business models and cutting-edge technologies. Collaborating with decision-makers to fulfil their talent needs was exhilarating and immensely fulfilling – the direct feedback on my efforts was invaluable.
Throughout the years, my roles, and the scope of my responsibilities expanded, leading me to participate in pivotal projects that strengthened Hays’ global market presence. After more than twenty years in Germany, I seized the opportunity to relocate and lead Hays Middle East – a true testament to the possibilities of working in an organisation with such a huge international footprint.

In particular, the GCC continues to invest and grow, and we’re purposefully expanding our business in the region.
